1)You can raise an exchange request within 24–48 hours of delivery.

2) Exchange is allowed only for size issues or defected items.

3) A delivery day unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for exchange.

4) Item must be unused, with all tags intact to be eligible for exchange.

5) Replacement will be shipped with an extra charge of ₹250 across India.

6) Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup of your item within 7 working days of raising the exchange request.

7) No exchange/returns on sale items.

8) No refunds – only exchange within 7 days.
