Shipping policy
At Tilla Te Tabeez, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every order.
1) Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. An estimated delivery timeline is shared at checkout and via order confirmation.
2) Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Orders (Within India)
Shipping Charges: Free shipping across India
Delivery Timeline: 1 to 10 business days, depending on delivery location and courier partner services
3) International Orders:
Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout
Delivery Timeline: 10 to 15 business days from dispatch
Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are to be borne by the customer
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
4) Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor shipment progress until delivery.
5) Delivery Issues & Unserviceable Areas
If a delivery address is found to be unserviceable, you will be informed within 24 hours, and the order may be canceled with a full refund.
Courier partners usually attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, and additional shipping charges may apply.
6) Change of Address / Corrections
Address changes may be requested before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed and are subject to courier policies.

There are no hidden charges. The final payable amount is displayed at checkout.
Customs duties (if applicable) are extra for international shipments.
