Refund policy

We follow a strict no return and no refund policy. All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or returned. However, we offer an exchange facility only in cases of size issues or if the item received is defective.

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must share a clear unboxing video recorded on the day of delivery on our WhatsApp number. We strongly recommend reviewing all product details, including size and description, carefully before placing your order.

7-Day Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Exchanges are applicable only for size issues or defective items.
• A delivery-day unboxing video is mandatory for exchange approval.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
• A ₹250 charge will be applicable for shipping the replacement order across India.
• Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup within 7 working days after the exchange request is approved.
• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances — only exchanges within 7 days are allowed.
